Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of a deposit do
you require?
A: I like to have the customer supply enough money to cover the materials
needed for the job up front.
Q: What happens if you
run into past termite or water rot damage?
A: When I give an estimate for any job, that is the basic estimate providing
everything goes as planned. If I run into damage that
will need to be
repaired prior to completing the assigned task, I will
contact you immediately
with a revised bid. Explaining what I have found and what
it will cost to
repair it so I can complete the job. At that time it will
be your choice how
you want to continue.
Q: Will installing one
dimmer switch for a light or one ceiling fan too small of a
job for you to consider doing?
A: No job is too small. I fully understand a persons needs to have one item
done
at a time. I know we are all under personal budget
restraints. I have not run
into a situation where the job has been to small to
consider.
Q: How do I know you are
going to do what I want done?
A: When I quote you an estimate, I have you tell me exactly what you want done,
how you want it to be done and what you expect the final
project to look like.
That is the best way to please my customers. If you are not
happy with my
work, then I am not doing my job correctly.
Q: What type of
guarentee
comes with your work?
A: If there is a problem with material break down or trouble with my
workmanship, I will correct the problem for you at no
additional cost to you.
Q: How long will it take
for you to start and complete my project?
A: I work with my customers, first come, first serve. During the
estimate, I
will discuss the estimated project start date, expected
project duration. Like
you, I want to get your job finished as soon as possible
while insuring
high quality workmanship.
If you have any questions not covered here, feel
free to contact me.
I will to the best of my ability.
